OCO Developer

DragonStorm is currently seeking Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) Software Developers. This role focuses on creating, testing, and improving software tools for offensive cybersecurity measures, while also understanding defensive security concepts. Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (work experience in a similar role may be considered as a replacement)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, or Java.
  • Understanding of offensive cyberspace operations concepts
  • Knowledge of defensive cybersecurity concepts, such as firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
  • Familiarity with different operating systems, particularly Linux, and system vulnerabilities
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, system architecture, and security infrastructure
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Desired qualifications:

  • Relevant industry certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar
  • Experience with reverse engineering and/or malware analysis
  • Familiarity with advanced persistent threat (APT) tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity

Software Developer

DevSecOps Engineer

DragonStorm is actively seeking Technical Project/Program Managers to lead our Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) projects. In this strategic role, you will manage complex initiatives, ensuring seamless integration within our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and drive progress towards our cybersecurity goals.   • Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and ability to incorporate these into project management practices
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and trends, including offensive cybersecurity strategies
