Employees receive a 3% non‑elective contribution from DragonStorm, provided regardless of personal contribution levels and up to 17% Profit Sharing Plan (PSP) contributions, also independent of employee contributions. DragonStorm is committed to supporting work–life balance with a generous and flexible time-off program. Employees receive 10 floating holidays each year to be used within the calendar year. All team members start with 4 weeks of paid time off, with additional PTO awarded after three years of employment.
Training Stipend
